im wanting to upgrade my daughters iPhone for Christmas as a surprise.
the only thing is when I go to basket, it’s her mobile number that will receive the messages and updates on delivery.
how do I change this?

Who is the account holder - is it yourself, or your daughter?

i I am the account holder but when I go to upgrade it says her number will be contacted for updates etc.

Hi @Aimzkemp
Your daughter's number may be set up as the lead number on your account.
If you have the My EE app, could you log in, then check which number is showing as the lead number please?

As you mentioned it's a Christmas present @Aimzkemp I'd recommend giving us a call so that we can make sure the text message goes to the correct phone number.
