Hi it saying my contract ends 19/03/2025

does this mean I can upgrade after this date?

also I’m on a payment plan with them atm

You usually need to have no outstanding bills to upgrade , if you're on a payment plan it might cause an issue.

Your best bet is to call customer service and see what they say.
