Hi I’m due an upgrade. I have an 1 phone 11, but I wish just to get a new I phone 11 . 
is that possible

No it’s not manufactured any more.  If you want an iPhone 11 try looking on Amazon.     If your device is still ok it’ll be better just to get the battery replaced by apple.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
