Hi 👋 I was hoping somone could help. I’m on a sim only contract that I started after a call from you guys. I was told when I started it that I would be able to upgrade to a device after a few months. It’s well gone that time now and it’s just telling me that I’m not upgrade eligible. I’m hoping we can get this resolved, as I probably would have just stayed on pay as you go if I had known

Have you tried speaking to customer service, they should be able to advise? I always find them very helpful, they can look into your account and once you know what device you want, also offer you the best deal you can get.
