What is the problem about your bill?

This is not customer service, so if you have a query about it, then you would have to ring customer service and speak to them.

If, on the other hand, you want to know how to check your bill online and download it, there are two ways of doing this, either via the EE App or the website.

In the EE App, click on on bills and payments, you can then choose the one you want to look at, scroll down and click download  your bill and you will be able to see a breakdown of your bill. The same should be when you log into your account via the website.
