My contract is up but it says I cant upgrade ? What is the reason for this ?

What is "it" that says you can't upgrade?
If you text UP to 150 from your phone, what does it say?

You might be best off calling 150 and speaking with the upgrades team if you can't upgrade online @Ange45
It happened to me before but when I called they could see I was eligible to upgrade and have up to 5 lines on the account.
