I've just upgraded my sim only contract, will my next bill be for the new amount? I hope I haven't just made myself a second bill and now I'll get charged twice lol

Welcome to the community.

They new price begins when the new price plan starts. It takes over your old plan, as long as you've done it as an upgrade and not a new connection.
