Hello its telling me i can upgrade my phone as my contract runs out on the 7th when i click to upgrade and pick a phone it says can't find any plans for me

Sorry to hear that there aren't any plans showing for you, @Wilksey82.
I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team who will be able to check manually for you or pop into your nearest store.
