Upgrade

I am due an upgrade in my device,

however I can’t do this via the app/ online as I says “no currently deals on this device” no matter what device I chose. 
this isn’t an early upgrade.

I’ve never had a problem ordering my device/ upgrading online before…

@Danielle_wilby  You’ll need to call customer services about this.  You never know you might even get a better deal when you call.
