Hi, 

My contract is ending very soon and I received a text message about offers for upgrading but when I go online to check the plan the price is totally different to what I’ve been offered. I’m confused as to why I cannot have the offer given at the price quoted. Any ideas as to why this is?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I am yes, it requires me to sign in to my EE account as per usual but then doesn’t show this offer at all. 

@Rabster01 , I would suggest ringing customer service and speaking to them, they should be able to help if you are otherwise unable to do it online.
