Iv just upgraded my sim only plan to and phone and monthly plan. Will it automatically change over or will I be changed twice, Iv been trying to phone for the past hour with no luck.

Welcome to the conmmunity,

Do you mean you have upgraded to a new phone with monthly plan? Then, once your phone is sent to you and you have inserted your SIM card into the new phone, that is when the new plan will start. You will not be paying twice, so long as you made sure it was an upgrade and not an additional one.
