Hello, I used to be able to see early upgrade on my device in December 2022 but now when I go into my account it says I am unable to upgrade

@Bethsymonds01  You can upgrade at any point you just might have to pay to terminate your old contract.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I had an option for free early upgrade but now when I go onto my account that option has gone 

There is a lot of bugs with the app and EE website and sure if you ring CS they will be able to tell you if you can upgrade for free or not.
