Hi guys I'm out of contract but it still won't let me upgrade??

Welcome to the community,

Have you checked by logging into your account to see what it says? You should be able to see whether it tells you can early upgrade and how much you would have to pay or whether standard upgrade.

If early upgrade, then you would only be able to do this with a monthly package that is the same or higher.

If you are unable to do so yourself, you could always ring customer service, they should be able to help.
