I upgrade my phone and needed to send a phone back I posted it out before I got the delivery bag to send it back as I was worried I had gone over my 14days, 

I got an email just after I sent it to say they was sending me a returns bag, 

now am worried as I didn’t put my name of anything in the phone to say it was off me

i have a tracking number

@Adele28  They will not know the device is from you,  you have to use the returns packaging as it has codes on it that identifies who sent it when they process the return.  
 what ever you got for trading in that device is now going be gone.

The 14 days is for cancelling the upgrade, not for sending anything back. You had 30 days for that after receiving the returns bag.
