Upgrade

I have an upgrade due and I found that it’s cheaper for me to do a sim only upgrade, and then afterwards upgrade my 12 pro max to a 17 pro max.

If I do the sim only upgrade first will I still be allowed to upgrade my phone? Whilst also keeping my number etc from my current contract. Furthermore, once upgrading sim will my current sim cease to exist or will I have to pay for both? Cheers

If you move from a phone-plan to a SIM-only plan, you can upgrade back to a phone-plan anytime - there is no lockout period.

You can only have one plan active on a given number at a given time.

@Abz_97  If you upgrade from the sim only to a device contract you’ll be also be upgrading the air time contract.  You can’t just upgrade a phone without a new airtime contract.
