Hi, i want to upgrade my current iPhone 13 to iphone 14 pro max. It is showing that earliest i can upgrade is 1st May by paying off my remaining contract. Is it possible that i can just hand over them my Iphone 13 and get Iphone 14 pro max and they just increase my Monthly installments by 5-10£ whatever their plan is for my remaining contract. Please guide.
Thanks

@_maazzii No that’s not possible. Your contract is for a set period not when you want to change it because you want a new device. The 14 pro max is a lot more expensive than your current device.
You can pay off your remaining contract term in full then and take out a contract for the device you want. You might even be able to trade in your old device to help lower the new tariff price.
Call customer services and see what can be offered. Just remember come September the new iPhone 15 range is out.

It means i simply can't upgrade my phone even if i pay about 70-80£ monthly after giving them my old iphone which is almost brand new hardly used still got 100% battery health. Right now I'm paying 59£ monthly installment.

@_maazzii , if you want to find out how much you will have to pay and what your contract will be if you upgrade to IPhone 14, then you will have to discuss this with customer service.
It does not matter how much you have used it etc., it is the same for everyone, who upgrades, same rules apply to everyone.
IPhone 15 is coming out in September, so why not wait until then? You will get the latest version if the 13 is working ok, cannot understand your reasoning for upgrading early.

Your best bet is to buy the 14 max direct from Apple, swap the sim and the sell the 13 yourself to cover some of the cost.
