Ive got a EE plan where I could upgrade at anytime as long as I return my old phone. Until today there was loads of offers, 20% discounts and so on. Today (the day that im actually free to upgrade my contract without returning my old phone) all this offers vanished. im looking to set just a sim card contract

Is this normal or just a EE mistake? no rewards for long time clients? 

very strange....really appreciate if someone could help me

Offers are often just a temporary thing, just like all businesses have offers for a limited time, but if you ring customer service and speak to upgrade team, you may find better offers, this is what I do, when I upgrade.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
