My phone is not fully working and I want to upgrade early, website is asking for a SMS pin authorization. My phone does not read sim anymore so it is not possible. Any other way to upgrade?

@Gularz Have you tried requesting a replacement SIM card ? Your sim might just be faulty. You can do this at any EE store you just need photo ID with you.

Thanks for that but I am quite sure it is the phone. I dropped it and smashed it.
