Upgrade to sim only

My contract ended a year ago but I had a lot going on so I always pushed an upgrade low down on my to do list.

I tried to up-grade yesterday to a sim only plan but today I've received a text saying headset unavailable so order has been cancelled? Has anyone had any issues like this before? X

What is the exact wording of the text message you received?

Hi from EE. The device you've ordered is out of stock, so we've cancelled your order (order num). We'll help you choose an alternative - please call 0800 956 6042

@Maz58 , I would suggest ringing customer service and they can then take a look at this for you and can also set up the sim only upgrade for you.
