My contract expires in the next couple of days and I’m going to upgrade with EE. Do I need to cancel the current contract when I upgrade or is that done automatically once I start the new tariff? Seems like a stupid question but don’t want to be paying twice by accident

Hello @Staples2 ,
Welcome to the community,
No you do not cancel your current contract, as when you upgrade it will be done automatically, that is why you need to make sure that it is an upgrade you are doing rather than an additional contract.
