Hey,
I am unable to view anything to do with my account on the app or on the desktop version. I spoke to an assistant who advised there has been an ongoing problem with the app for over a year but I need to be able to see my bills etc.
It appears I have been almost locked out of my account but I can access a home screen just nothing is available to see.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and done updates.
I'm on an android - any help would be greatly appreciated.
