Upgraded my pay as you go ee plan recently through customer service to the unlimited essentials data plan but no I cant contact EE customer service text or call at all even when on wifi and have to mobile data signal at all, even trying to log in when they try and send a verification code to my phone number I dotn receive it. EE app last opened just acknowledge me cancelling the pay as you go but not accepting that I am now on the unlimited essentials plan despite me asking customer support previously and they saying I'm on the plan now. My EE app also says that my account is now closed.

@jchan27 : Are you in UK?

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP
