I have been out of contract for about 4 months now. In this time I’ve been looking to upgrade my phone but no prices are as good as the deal I have at the moment and also have not received 10% discount on my bill as I believe you get from ee. I suppose the question I have is what’s the best way to upgrade online in store or over the phone to get the best deals?

The deals are likely to be the same, whether you upgrade online, over the phone or in store. If you would like to discuss it, our store and call centre teams would be happy to run through your options with you.
Was it a phone contract that ended four months ago? If so, the 10% discount should be automatically added after three months.
