Hello I am trying to upgrade my phone and look at the different phones and plans but not being able to access this information as each time I go to upgrade mobile, I am getting the message come up “Sorry, you can’t upgrade this device just yet”. Which I don’t understand as I was given the option for an early upgrade a few months back and my contract is due to end on the 9th Nov 2022. Please could you help me understand why I am not being able to access my upgrade!

I'm not sure why this would happen if you're due an upgrade.
I'd recommend calling our Upgrades Team so they can check your account and discuss your options.
