Upgrade first bill

So I recently upgraded, I was not expecting the £160 bill, which I can’t afford all at once, but now me and my girlfriend have both been cut off! Is there no way I can pay a bit off to get my service back, I intend to pay it, it’s just recently I’ve been signed off work due to a condition I am waiting for specialist assessment. Thank you.
