Hi there @Ronnie145

Thanks for coming here 🙂

The message advises any early upgrade fee would be waived, this would not include any device costs for the phone that you select. If you would like to discuss the message and check if you would need to return your current phone, please give us a call on 150 and the team will be happy to go through all the terms with you.

Thanks.

Leanne.

@Ronnie145 : Yes, as long as you are not on an Upgrade Anytime plan.

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I am on a upgrade anytime plan but theyve said they will take care of the fees? I dont get what this means

Part of an Upgrade Anytime plan is to return the existing phone in good condition or paying a fee for keeping it.
