My son moved from Plusnet mobile and his number is under my account. I recently received a text saying his plan was going to change from 13/12/2025 and it contained a link to view a new default plan along with some alternatives. I want to choose one of the alternative plans (a 30gb 2yr contract) but when I select 'Choose this plan' it takes me to the normal upgrade page which doesn't list it, and the 30gb plan hasn't be added to my basket to check-out either! Why can't I access this offer???
