Upgrade cost different to advertisement

I’m due an upgrade and on the upgrade tab the deal of iphone 16 with unlimited data came up for £34.07 (was £54.07) i’ve added this deal to my basket and it is coming up at £60.07. The phone or the sim contract neither is £34.07. I’ve followed my basket all the way to check out thinking it will discount the amount last but it doesn’t. 
Does anyone know how i get the deal advertised?

@emilyxoxo  That price is for when you do a trade in and obviously this has to be a device that gets you that amount on a trade in,  

 are you doing a trade in ?  If you are does the device you are trading in offer this amount of a reduction in tariff cost ?    As you can see I says FROM so obviously trading in a low cost device will not get you this price with a trade in.
