Just checked my account and had less than 30 days to go said I could upgrade early,so thought will swap to sim only and had 50% f&f so did the deed,then the order comes through saying it will start on 2nd dec and not automatically like my other 2 upgrades, evidently it’s because I have gone from a handset contract to sim only but I don’t understand why the wait seems strange ?
