 Received three messages like this, so thought why not. Called EE CS and the upgrade team said we cannot see this offer on your account... Now that's annoying... Apparently I was not the only person who called in and had the same issue.

Any experiences with this?

Hi @Clau32 

I'd recommend giving the upgrades team another call about this offer, on 150 from your phone, to see if they can look into this a bit further for you to clarify if you're able to take advantage of it.
