Hi,
I’m with EE for almost 9 years and my contracts finish in April. I was just checking out the deals they have and can see they introduced Flexpay which involves a credit check. My credit score isn’t the best since taking out my contract in these 9 years, but I’ve always been able to upgrade without an issue. I’m now worried my upgrades will be declined due to a poor credit score. Was anyone is a similar situation and was able to upgrade without a problem? Is Flexpay the only option?

As it stands at the moment; if you don't pass for Flex Pay you will be likely be offered the standard 24-month bundled plans that you're used to, where you just have one combined monthly cost for your phone plan.
