Upgrade Due

Hi,

I currently have a pay monthly contract and Im due an upgrade.  I want to switch to a SIM only deal as I don't need a new phone.  When I choose this it states I'm getting an multi sim deal, and asks for a delivery address.  Is this just a default option as I want to keep the same telephone number so do not need a new SIM

Hello @clarkster151 ,

Welcome to the community,

All SIM cards are multi SIM cards, but you do not need a new SIM card, if yours works ok, just continue with the one you have, it is just an account change, so no need for a new SIM card.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Are you by any chance trying to order a PAYG SIM instead of a contract upgrade to SIM-Only? That is the only place I can think of that asks for a postal addy & offers more than 1 SIM in 1 order.
