Upfront costs

Hello all,

I hope you are well. I took out a contract for a device and it has arrived today and after looking at my first bill it is saying that it has been paid already, no money has been taken. My upfront cost was roughly the amount of the first bill, does the upfront cost cover part of the first bill?

No, any upfront handset cost wouldn't be deducted from your bill.

Has your direct debit date passed yet?
