Upfront cost refunds

Hi, I took out a new contract for an iPhone 12 pro, and after a week I changed my mind and cancelled the order, which was now a week ago today! I paid upfront a fee of £50..

 

How long does it take for that to be returned? TBH I forgot about it at the time I cancelled my order, and I don’t recall it being mentioned..

A refund for the upfront cost can take up to 14 days.

Hi, just an update, I cancelled my order 2 weeks ago today (26/10) and as yet still not received my refund for the upfront cost of the handset.. 😳 

 

Who should I contact about this, I’m not an EE customer so can’t contact Customer Services..

Hi There,

 

I returned my Iphone 12 Mini last week and the £50.00 refund as not yet been refunded. the 7 days end this Thursday and i was wondering if there is anyway to get an update on this?!

Please allow the full 14 days for you refund to get back to you. 

 

If the 14 days pass and you still have not received your refund I would recommend speaking to our customer care team on 150 who can chase this for you.

Hello I have returned both of my IPhone 13 Pro and haven’t received the £50 upfront cost for one as well as the £2 that was taken which I don’t know why.

Hello,

It’s been over 2 weeks that I returned the phones. I ordered two 13 pro.
Only one upfront cost was taken because I emailed about returning both and
the other one was out of stock so they decided not to take it. Along with
that £2 was taken as the monthly bill but I returned both phones.

My order number was xxxxxxxxxxxx
