Hi,
whenever i try to update my new address it says only user can unclock. Am the only user. Please help me with the right way to update

Welcome to the community.
It sounds like you may need to set yourself up as the Bill Payer in your EE account, if you're the account holder. You can do that here in the manage numbers section.
