Unknown charges on mobile bill

On my mobile bill I was shocked to see extra charges for £220.37. This was 6 amounts o £36. 45. I phoned EE and was told they were purchases made on my mobile. I didn’t even know you could do this. They were made through a company called foot Locker. EE said I would have to get the money back though them. I can’t believe EE cannot investigate this. Has anyone else had this happen, & how could this happen surly someone would need my phone

How dare EE send me a message by saying Your account is currently in arrears. If you're in a position to do so, please pay the outstanding balance of £233.84.  This account is in dispute & under investigation, I have absolutely no intention of paying for something I'm not responsible for. EE need to get their act together, how can they treat their customers like this, I think I'll be changing my mobile service provider after this.

I have had the exact same thing!!! It is absolutely disgusting. We have paid the PHONE BILL for what that is, but the extra £220.74 is in dispute under investigation and I’ve had multiple messages the last couple of days which is absolutely disgusting!!! QUITE CLEARLY there is a major problem here and it has absolutely NOTHING to do with the customers but actually something gone seriously wrong at their end. I am actually very tempted to cancel and go elsewhere. This is disgusting!

Oh that’s interesting so they have finally sorted it for you have they?? 

I just don’t want them to cut us off when we go on holiday in a couple of days! 

we are fully up to date on our actual payments and I am absolutely not paying these crazy charges, i have no idea what they are, I’ve never used footlocker or adidas ever! I don’t even know how on earth you would add on something like that. How did they finally sort it with you? Was it on here? Or through contacting them by phone again? I hope someone can finally get this sorted for us. 

 

Can you please get this sorted for me as I also have the exact same issue with the same amount of 6 payments from the same places. 
This is clearly a major problem at EE’s end, nothing to do with your customers. 
I have had multiple messages the last couple of days saying my account is in arrears and I need to pay the bill. Please can you get this sorted. Thank you

I was just like you never even heard of putting anything like that on my Mobil, I just kept phoning them & told them I wouldn’t be paying the extra charges. Just keep at them, they need to credit your account.
