Checking my monthly usage for my contact mobile phone, I have found there is a 13p charge for another provider's service. "Services from other companies", it reads.
Asking the website for details produces only an error (see image below).
I don't use any gaming or voting services, and haven't the faintest idea what this could be.
Any suggestions?

Have you ever had a charge like this on your bill before?
Our Customer Care team should be able to access your account and check where this charge came from if you're able to get in touch.
