This is an ongoing error / issue with EE. I cannot download or view my bill on any device. This is not a one off but a continual issue. Does anyone know what the problem is apart from their back office is a technical shambles!

They cannot be downloaded on a mobile device, laptop via chrome or incognito mode

Firstly please remove your mobile number. This is a public forum and you don't want anyone abusing the number or calling you.
You need to speak to EE and ask them to delete your online profile/account. Once done you can register again and hopefully it will then work.
