Unable to view bill in online account

Hi

 

I am unable to view my bills online. When I log into the account and click 'Manage' and 'Bills and Payments' it doesn't do anything. I need to view and print the bill for VAT purposes. I have tried various browsers, on mobile and PC. So far nothing helps and no online chat or help available

I don't want to use the app, I want to use the desktop site, I check my emails using a pc and it would be convenient when you send the email for me to open the invoice. I have not been able to open an invoice since signing up with you.

I recommend getting in touch with our guides. They will be able to access your account to look into the issues you're experiencing when trying to open an invoice further.
