I am eligible for an upgrade but I keep getting a message ‘sorry no available plans for this device’. It says it on all plans and devices. Anyone experienced this?

@emc0712 Are you trying to upgrade before your upgrade period ? Ie an early upgrade or are you within the standard upgrade period which is 45 days before your minimum time.
it it’s an early upgrade you have to have a same cost or a more costly tariff than you have now.
