Unable to upgrade

I am eligible for an upgrade but I keep getting a message ‘sorry no available plans for this device’. It says it on all plans and devices. Anyone experienced this?

@emc0712  Are you trying to upgrade before your upgrade period ? Ie an early upgrade or are you within the standard upgrade period which is 45 days before your minimum time. 

it it’s an early upgrade you have to have a same cost or a more costly tariff than you have now.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I am within the standard 45 days, so frustrating

I'm sorry to hear that the plans aren't showing for you. I would recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can look into this for you and run through some upgrade options.
