Hi! I am planning to upgrade from an old plan to an unlimited data plan.
Q1: My old plan due date is mid-Dec, may I know do I need to pay early upgrade fee in this case?
Q2: Do I need to pay both plans before the due date or just pay for the new plan?

To check for any early upgrade fees, log your My EE app and select Menu > Upgrade and this will show you any early upgrade fee.

@HiToby To upgrade early you’ll pay off your old plan and you start your new plan you only have one plan to pay the new one.
