Unable to see mobile phone accouts or billing

Hi

When I log in and select subscriptions to see my mobile accounts, all I gey is a blank screen.  I have FF broadband (moved from BT - so paying full rate 😞) plus have three pay monthly sims that I can't see the details for.

All three are linked to BB account, but still not showing.

On another topic, can those that move from FF BT to FF EE get the WiFi Enhancer?  I can't seem to be able to add it to my account.

Personal opinion..  BT customers moving over are not treated the same as new customers, we should be able to recieve the same deals and rewarded for our loyalty, not pushed to the back of the queue!  Seriously thinking of trying a new cabled broadband company that has just moved into the area..

@TheSpudman  full rate ?   There are different BB package available what you choose was your choice.  

  Have you spoken with customer services about your account issues?   

Not treated the same.  Many existing customers of EE BB cannot get what new and migrating customers of BT can get at the moment.   So don’t start with it’s not fair,  EE are trying to entice customers.

It’s always the same with some people.   New customers shouldn’t get better deals than existing customers but then again you don’t entice new customers if you don’t show them some sort of deal.   You see the catch 22 situation right there surely.
