Unable to pay Phone Contract Bill, payment keeps failing

Genuinely, with how laggy the payment processing is, and how often it keeps failing when trying to pay my phone bill, I'm going to consider terminating my phone contract and going to a different provider, because this is not acceptable.

I've tried four times, once yesterday, thrice today, to pay my mobile phone bill, and it's managed to fail every time.

Trying to pay with Natwest bank card, provided by Mastercard. Has this been an issue for anyone else, or is it just me?

I'm also on a time limit, need to pay this before the 21st, which is in two days. If I can't pay it by then, I'm going to be incredibly irritated.

Did you try by text, calling EE CS, bank transfer....

Not sure what is not helpful as there are many ways to pay other than the web portal as per the link I provided.

The the amount you pay is the same every month then direct debit is the best way or if you want control set up a standing order.

With all due respect, this comment is not helpful. I've tried my normal way to pay, which is by making a payment online, and it hasn't worked. I like having control over when I pay, so direct debit is not an option and never will be an option.

If EE's site actually worked, then I'd be able to pay at least somewhat efficiently. I don't see why this isn't of importance, given that the entire concept of such a company is to make money, so surely they'd make sure their payment system would only fail in extreme edge cases.

GENUINELY DID NOT OCCUR TO ME THAT I COULD PAY BY TEXT.

Absolute cinema, considering I used to pay by text.
