Why can't I find the billing for my landline and broadband on the EE website. It is suppsed to be linked to my mobile which I can find Ok?

I can only get so far on the website and it declares that my account and landline number are incorrect. They are correct!!
I have a headache trying to link mobile and B/B for billing. What next?
