Unable to contact customer service from germany

Hello EE Community,
I recently obtained a SIM contract at a store during my stay in London. Since then, I have relocated to Germany and need to terminate my contract. However, I'm experiencing difficulties in reaching Customer Service (CS). When I try to call using my EE number, the call abruptly ends. I've also attempted to contact them using my German phone number, but it informs me that the number dialed is not assigned to anyone.
This presents a significant issue as invoices continue to be sent to my previous address in London instead of my current one in Germany. Additionally, my sister, who previously handled payments for this SIM, is currently unable to do so. It's crucial that I reach out to CS as soon as possible to resolve this situation.
I've tried contacting CS through various numbers (150, +44 7953966150, and +44 8000798586), but the issue persists as described above. Is there any alternative method to get in touch with CS?

@IoanPas : Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
