Me too!  Spent about an hour on the phone.  The guy promised me he’d do it manually’. Still can’t access it a week later!

I am sorry to hear this, please try getting back in touch with our mobile guides to let them know the account has not been set up and they will get this looked into for you.

I did this a week ago and they assured me that they would manually set it up. I still can’t access it via the app. It keeps telling me to ring (already did that- spent an hour on the phone!) to confirm security questions.
