Hello i am new here in town so i thought why not to make an ee contract
when i finished submitting my application
Monzo informed me that the upfront payment was deducted and a monthly payment was assigned by ee
after a few minutes i received a message that my contract was declined however i didn't receive the first upfront payment back and the monthly payments are still scheduled
any help please my reference nb is
I AM SHORT ON MONEY AND THIS REIMBURSEMENT IS CRUCIAL PLEASE HELP

Thanks for coming to the community.
If the account was declined, the upfront payment would be refunded and no monthly payments will be taken.
You should receive the refund for the upfront payment within 5-7 working days.
