Trying to sort out overcharge keep getting no call backs or emails

I returned an tech-on and the plan wasn't cancelled. I wasn't aware of this until this week and I've called 150 2 times and each time the calls ends with the staff member saying they'll speak to the their senior and they don't call me back the next day.

I'm really sorry you haven't had a call back as promised, that's not the level of service we aim to give. I'd recommend reaching back out to our team, who will be able to look into this further and escalate it if needed.

If you prefer, you can also raise a formal complaint using our Complaint form. A dedicated team will look into it and contact you directly to talk about it.
