Trying to set my extras at Zero... Net page does not update

Has anybody else had this problem ???? Just joined EE an.d having problems updating my Mobile choices

Welcome to the community.

Is it a Spend Cap that you're looking to set up? Or are you setting up your inclusive extras? Have you tried on more than one device?

It's my spend cap that I want to freeze. I have 4 sims on my new EE account for my family and I pay for all of them so I want to set the limit to Zero so that they cannot use more than there paid for allowance.

Have you tried texting SPEND CAP to 150?

In your messaging app, just send the words SPEND CAP to 150 (entering 150 where you'd usually enter the recipients mobile number) like you would any other text message @Robwak 

You'll then receive a reply with options to manage your spend cap.

Thanks...Will do that.
Do I have to send the text from all 4 of my Family sims or will it automatically be used for all of them ?????? Want to block all of them because I pay for them.

Yes, a spend cap is per mobile no. However you can do all of them, 1 by 1, in your online MyEE @ Home > Plans and subscriptions > Mobile > Parental controls > Spend Cap

Hi,
Tried doing them one at a time in the page you said but on every one of them it just keep hunting for the next page when you click next and it never connects and make the change.
Will get all the mobiles together and email 150 on each of them.
