I’m trying talk to someone, I’ve paid £100 off my bill and need to know what my bill is now at end of month however there is no start conversation to talk to anyone online and I’ve already got an account with you

@Ross2018 That £100 will be used towards your next bill and until that bill is generated you’ll not know. You might incur out of allowance charges.
What is your monthly bill normally?

There’s a amount right now of £404 for this month however I’ve paid £100 already

If that’s what it is then yes the £100 will be taken and you’ll then have £304 to pay.

@Ross2018 Yes the £100 will be taken and you’ll be left will a bill of £304. And over payments on to your account are always taken first before and money comes from your payment method.

@Ross2018 No the bill will show £404 but the £100 will be taken and go towards that bill so leaving you with a £304 bill to pay.
